Leave the hustle & bustle of the city and spend some quality quiet time in the bush where you can relax, unwind and de-stress yourself in this idealistic country retreat. 

The Croft family have set aside 200 acres on their 8000 acre working sheep property to share its beauty with others.  The campsites are set in natural bushland amongst large granite boulders and Moreton Bay Fig trees and campers have their choice of sites. There is an abundance of native flora, fauna and birdlife.  Climb Goat Rock and have a panoramic view of Texas and the Dumaresq River valley. This area is a great spot for photography & painting.

 

Children will love to feed and pat our chooks, goats, sheep & minature ponies. For the lighthearted fisherman there are yellowbelly and catfish to elude you in our farm dams. For more serious fishing the Dumaresq & MacIntyre Rivers are close by.

 

Goat Rock is just south of the Queensland/New South Wales border, and is 16km from Texas.  The Texas area has many attractions and is a fantastic central location and a short drive to numerous national parks, dams, historical spots and much more!
